Here are a list of our frequently asked questions, including wholesale information. If you have a specific question, hop down to the bottom for our contact form.

  • When will your products be back in stock?

    All sold out products will have some kind of information on when they will be restocked, if at all. I do monthly releases and will update on Instagram of the next release, a few weeks prior to the release date.
    Pre orders are unfortunately unavailable.

    All products are handmade by me and even though we all have the same hours in the day as Beyonce, I can't pour enough candles to cater for online orders, markets and wholesale orders.

    I appreciate all your patience, even though (I understand that) it's super annoying!


  • When will I get my candle? Where is my candle?

    My favourite question!
    Because the candles are made-to-order, your order may take up to 7 days before this patch. This is the case no matter what time of shipping option you've selected.
    Depending where you are located in Australia, Australia Post will take between 2 - 6 days after that.

    You will receive an email to notify you when your order is on its way, most of the time with tracking number. I say most of the time because my post office will

  • You ship Australia wide, but do you ship overseas?

    Oh, yes we do! 

      Depending where you are located on Planet Earth, your parcel may take around 14 (-/+) days to get to you. Read more about shipping, exchanges & returns. If you'd like a shipping quote for the country not listed above, please fill in the contact form below with the list of items you're interested in.
      Please note, you (the customer) are responsible for Customs charges. Please keep in mind that unless your parcel is a personal gift from me, it will not be marked as gift for customs. 

    • Can I pick up my order?

      Unfortunately, unless we are at the markets, picking up isn't available.


    • How do I pay for my order?

      We currently only offer these payment methods: Afterpay, Paypal and Credit Card. Your order will be placed in the production queue once payment has cleared.


    • Do you wholesale?

      Wholesale option is now available again, so please feel free to shoot me an email about you and your store.

    Please note, while I appreciate you asking for advice, my products have taken years of trial and error to arrive at the current products you see. While I'd love to share my trade secrets with you, I'd prefer to keep them with You, Me & Bones. However, my advise is this: Keep playing with ideas! I'm sure you'll discover your own, unique take on these products - Good luck!
