My favourite question! Because all candles are made-to-order, please allow 5-10 business days before your order is dispatched. This is the case no matter what shipping option you have selected.

Depending on where you are located within Australia, please allow approx. 2-6 business days for shipping.
Yes we ship to most countries. Please email if your location is not showing at checkout.
We can not accurately estimate international shipping times, however, tracking is included within most countries so please follow directly with the provider for updates.
Please note, customers are responsible for all customs and duties that occur in their country. Parcels not marked as a gift.
Weight limit for International orders is 2kg.
Unfortunately we no longer has a commercial studio space, therefore pick up is currently not available.

While we appreciate you asking for advice, however, our products have taken years of industry experience to create and we can not share all our secrets with you. We offer basic candle making classes, run at our Melbourne studio, to help you with a few tips and tricks. Keep an eye out on our Instagram account for updates.
